We had an amazing stay at these apartments. The location was perfect, being close to the town center and Avenham Park. The apartment was clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The central heating was great, warming up the apartment quickly. The TV was also a nice bonus. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to amend our check-out time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The only small issue we had was with the sink in the kitchen, as it was a bit difficult to wash up. However, it was still manageable.

Always choose here. Never regret. Staff returned my documents. Perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, Off-site car park, Dryer, Electric kettle, Cookware. Many activities nearby. No pets, smoking. Coming back for Xmas.

I stayed at Avenham Apartments for a few nights with my partner and we were very impressed. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and great value for money. It was in a quiet location but still centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. The apartment had a washing machine and central heating that worked quickly. The TV and internet were also excellent. The owner was friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be staying here again and recommending it to others.

Fell in love with the charming period buildings around , conveniently close to the bus and train stations, and had the whole apartment to myself. Free WiFi was a bonus! Definitely felt like a home away from home.

There were just a couple of minor inconveniences. The bathroom could have used a shelf or something to hold toiletries, and a larger towel rail would have been helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Avenham Apartments. The location was perfect, being close to the beautiful Avenham Park and within walking distance of the city center and Waitrose. The apartment itself was lovely, with plenty of sunlight and a comfortable bed. Zulf, the owner, was always available and provided immediate response and advice. We highly recommend Avenham Apartments for a stay in Preston. a little gem of a place.
